Guest Declaration: I am aware that the completion of this form and its transmission to Rosedene Guest House constitutes an availability request only. On confirmation from Rosedene Guest House of the available accommodation and the deposit required, we request that you confirm your accommodation requirements and your preferred method of payment on a form we will provide.

Terms & Conditions:
  • All rates are quoted in South African Rands(ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
  • Rates include a hearty Colonial & Continental breakfast.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit.
  • Unless notified at least 14 days in advance, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers are accepted.
  • Our check in time is from 13h00 and we request that guests vacate their rooms by 11h00 on the day of their departure.
